E. Richard Gralinski, P.E.
Founder of ERG, Rich has many years of experience designing machinery for the cosmetic, health care, food, pharmaceutical, medical device, converting and semiconductor industries.
Transitioning from the drawing board to 2D CAD, and now using Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks, Rich designs cam driven mechanisms with complex linkages, and servo driven machinery with complex control and everything in between. He prepares creative concepts and designs to address our customer’s special automation needs. Rich holds Professional Engineering licenses in PA, NJ, MN, VT, and NY and has a patent for a Lamba Ejector.
Rich has been married to his wife, Betty, for 53 years and has nine children. He is an avid golfer.
Jim Gralinski, P.E.
Working his way up the ladder from draftsperson to owner, Jim has a unique perspective on how projects should be managed, and equipment designed and built. He has developed a skill set combining machinery design and project management while working at various OEM’s, including ERG, and contract packaging companies.
With 29 years of experience, Jim started his career using AutoCad R10 and has been using Autodesk Inventor since R2 of the software to design automatic machinery. Attending school part time, he earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2000 and has been a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of PA since 2006.
Jim has been married to his wife Robyn for 28 years and has four children. Along with his interest in World War II, Jim enjoys playing the piano and is a New England Patriots fan.
Ted has a background in blow molding machinery for plastic food and beverage bottles as a process engineer and project manager. Experienced with both SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor, Ted is an integral part of the ERG Engineering team.
Ted earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from York College in 2015. His hobbies include weight lifting and playing drums and guitar.
